In pretty good condition, if I recall correctly. Has been rolled up like picture shows, since we moved in. We simply decided not to use it like we'd planned.
You are more than welcome to roll it out and inspect before purchasing. I simply cannot do it by myself!
This pattern is still sold at Poco Domaine for a LOT more.
